Carbonated Soft Drink Filling Machine
The carbonated drink filling machine is dedicated automatic equipment for carbonated beverages, sparkling water and soda water. Adopting low-temperature isobaric filling technology, it avoids CO₂ overflow and bubble loss to stabilize gas content and pure taste. Integrated with bottle washing, isobaric filling and capping, it operates in closed low-temperature state with high filling accuracy, solving common problems such as overflow, insufficient gas and poor taste of carbonated drinks.

Hot Filling Machine
The hot filling machine is customized for heat-sensitive beverages including juice, tea drinks, pulp and herbal drinks. It adopts 85-95℃ high-temperature filling and sterilization technology to finish material and bottle sterilization synchronously without secondary sterilization. Integrating bottle washing, high-temperature filling, inverted sterilization and cooling, it eliminates bacteria and mildew, avoids deterioration and greatly extends the shelf life of normal-temperature beverages.

Large Barrel Water Filling Machine
The barreled water filling machine, core equipment for barreled water production, has two models for reusable PC barrels and disposable barrels respectively. The reusable barrel model realizes thorough cleaning and disinfection via cap pulling, internal and external brushing and multi-stage flushing. The disposable model simplifies procedures with only rinsing, sterile filling and capping. Made of food-grade 304 stainless steel and equipped with PLC automatic control, it supports mainstream specifications of 3L, 5L, 10L and 18.9L, meeting commercial and household barreled water production needs.
